The car is locked and if you want to unplug the charger there is a button for that.

If you go the the bed of it you should see a hidden box on the wall of the bed open it and you will find a strap thing pull it (hard) and it will release the charger then you might be able to open the truck

Maybe a software update bricked it, or drained the 48V battery. Another possibility is since the frunk makes noise but doesn't open, it may be malfunctioning and the actuator drained the 48V.
